Advertising, Recruiting, and Marketing Strategy
During this project, the Rizer will recruit people (age 15+) to apply to work at the Jewish Community Center of Dallas’s summer camp. Some responsibilities include…
- Coming up with unique campaigns via social media to attract applicants
- Developing marketing strategies to reach the targeted audience utilizing advertisements, email outreach, and social media campaigns
- Connect with local schools, organizations, etc. to share the work opportunity to the proper audience
The ideal Rizer is organized, a clear communicator, and a creative problem solver. The Rizer is professional, ambitious, dedicated, and committed to developing unique ways to target potential camp counselors.
The Rizer will develop their research and creative problem-solving skills. They will become more confident in their communication skills and be able to provide examples of solutions to problems. The Dallas JCC will have a strong pool of applicants to consider for their summer camp.
