Creative Strategist
Project Overview

This project includes being an integral part of the HR&Co. team through strategic content creation, both written and visual. The Rizer will be tasked to create white papers, articles, creative collateral, and other copy-related activities. The Rizer will also be responsible for updating the website and other social media channels/platforms.
The Rizer will work closely with the Digital Engagement Strategist to drive stronger audience engagement of content. In partnership with the Digital Engagement Strategist, the Rizer will be instrumental in designing and external collateral to strengthen HR&Co’s visual identity and voice in the HR consulting industry.
Ideal Student
The ideal Rizer is a go-getter, with strong writing skills and content creation and social media experience. The Rizer is preferably a senior, recent graduate, or student with a lighter class load and works well in afast-paced team setting. The Rizer is passionate about their writing and creating unique content that challenges traditional ways of thinking.
Outcomes
HR&Co. will be able to continue building a strong presence in the human capital consulting industry. The small, but mighty firm leverages the power of storytelling and human-centric design to solve problems and drive results for clients. Collectively, the team brings 30+ years of experience and knowledge to the table, which enables HR&co. to provide tailored and unique solutions to address clients’ needs, globally, across multiple industries, and of all sizes. HR&Co. understands each client is unique and the “standard cookie-cutter” solutions won’t always work for every client. The Rizer will have the opportunity to utilize their creative skills to strengthen HR&Co’s voice within the industry. The Rizer will have the opportunity to network and establish strong connections within the HR&Co team, its clients, and with other Rizers at the company. The Rizer will gain invaluable experience and may be presented with the opportunity for a longer-term engagement.
Timeline Detail
Expected start date: January 26 10-15 hours a week, 6 weeks (opportunity for extension based on performance)
