Grant Research
Project Overview

During this project, the Rizer will be tasked with learning the ins and outs of the Mark Schonwetter Holocaust Education Foundation in order to conduct research on possible grants the foundation can apply for. The Rizer will keep an organized spreadsheet of possible grants to apply for including requirements, deadline, and amount of money granted. After gathering a general list, the Rizer will conduct further research and narrow down the list for the best fit for the foundation. The Rizer may assist in writing the grant application and needs to be a skilled writer.

The ideal Rizer is passionate about learning more about the Mark Schonwetter Holocaust Education Foundation and the foundation field in general. The Rizer is organized, dedicated, and a skilled writer. The Rizer is committed to doing detailed research.
Outcomes
The Rizer will gain the opportunity to work closely with the Foundation while refining their research and organizational skills. The Rizer will develop their writing skills as well as ability to work in a professional environment. The Rizer may work with the Foundation in other areas if they are successful.
