- Refresh old content to create new and engaging posts
- Create branded content/posts and utilize content calendars to arrange posting
- Post and engage on social media platforms (Primary: LinkedIn and Instagram, Secondary: Facebook and TikTok)
- Share relevant messaging and consistent tone
The ideal Rizer has experience with social media and is confident in taking charge with the management of several social media accounts. The Rizer knows how to diversify content from personal and professional posts. The Rizer is creative and can create consistent, engaging posts. The Rizer works well independently, but is good at collaborating and providing detailed check-ins to the employer.
The Rizer will get the opportunity to work closely with a woman-owned business and be able to provide consistent visibility for the company. The Rizer will also be able to work closely with the PR & Outreach Rizer on the team to create content and execute marketing strategy.
5 weeks, 6-8 hours a week Week 1: Onboarding, get to know the company, begin creating and planning content calendar Week 2: Update all social media platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
