Social Media Manager
Project Overview

The goal of this project is to build a consistent online presence and develop Split Second Foundation’s brand through social media. The Rizer will work closely with the design team to share consistent branding and messaging across Instagram, Linkedin, and Facebook. The Rizer will be tasked with:
- Creating a content calendar with consistent posting schedules
- Share effective captions with relevant hashtags
- Engaging with other accounts and relevant industry content
- Developing and implementing social media strategies
- Building the brand through a digital lens
Ideal Student
The ideal Rizer is familiar with social media and engagement. The Rizer is comfortable creating posts, sharing content, and engaging with followers. The Rizer is a self-starter and works well independently. The Rizer is passionate about the company’s mission and understands how to convey specific content along with imagery. The Rizer has creative ideas for both content creation and promotion.
Outcomes
The Rizer has the opportunity to spread Split Second Foundation’s mission through social media. The Rizer will gain experience being responsible for social media accounts and developing online presence. Additionally, the Rizer is able to work with the team to implement specific marketing and promotional strategies of their own work. The Rizer will get the chance to work with a growing organization and help spread its purpose!
