Social Media Manager
During this project, the Rizer is responsible for managing, growing, and developing MXOtech’s social media accounts. The Rizer will create a steady online presence, posting 2-3 times a week, maintaining a consistent tone throughout Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. Posts are expected to have eye-catching captions and include necessary hashtags to improve maximum reach. The use of content calendars and posting schedules is encouraged and recommended.
The Rizer will work with the marketing manager to keep social media accounts up-to-date and active with company news in order to generate leads and reach the target customer base. The Rizer is expected to engage with relevant industry content, clients, and businesses throughout all platforms. MXOtech prides itself on empowering women in technology and wants to continue spreading its culture and mission to other women-owned businesses. If successful, there is potential for a long-term engagement with a wider marketing responsibility.
The ideal Rizer is ambitious and passionate about the company’s mission. The Rizer has some background/interest in technology, or will work to learn, in order to properly convey industry language and details. The Rizer will have the opportunity to work with a woman-owned company in IT and help to spread the company mission.
